Free Shipping Free shipping is available in your region — check the announcement banner on our homepage for your local free shipping threshold. Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a standard shipping rate and is automatically applied at checkout.
Order Processing Once you place your order, we'll get to work! Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
Shipping & Delivery After your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. Orders are fulfilled via Printify and shipped through trusted local and international carriers — including but not limited to PostNL, DHL, DPD, USPS, and UPS — depending on your location and the fulfillment provider assigned to your order. The carrier will be confirmed in your tracking email once your order ships.
Order Updates As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way — right to your door.

Import Duties & Customs Fees (EU Orders — Maroon Color)
Certain products in our store — specifically those available in the Maroon color — are fulfilled from outside the European Union (EU). As a result, these shipments are subject to the following charges upon delivery:
- A government-imposed import VAT
- A customs handling or brokerage fee charged by the carrier or customs authority
These charges are calculated based on the declared value of your order and are entirely outside of Bible Gems' control. They are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to non-payment of customs fees, we are unable to offer a refund on the order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
