A Note on the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
We want to be fully transparent with you — because that's just how we do things.
Under EU consumer law, customers are typically entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products — and every single Bible Gems tee falls into this category.
Here's why: we don't hold stock. Every piece is made to order — your tee only goes to print the moment you place your order. This means each garment is produced specifically for you, which under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, exempts it from the standard right of withdrawal.
We believe in being upfront about this so there are no surprises. Please take a moment to review your order carefully before placing it.
What We Do Cover — Our Promise to You
As all products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors, we absolutely stand behind the quality of every order. We offer refunds or replacements for quality issues such as:
- Items that were sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
- Printing errors or quality issues
Simply reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll fix it — no need to send anything back. Contact us at Biblegemsdesigns@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We're here to help.
Ordered the Wrong Size or Color? We understand it happens! While we're unable to offer a full refund for sizing or color changes, we're happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement order to make it as easy as possible to get the right piece.
We'd also recommend double-checking our size guide before placing your order — it's there to help you get the perfect fit first time.
